Question 1:   In your own words, please share what you feel the role of a Board of Education member is and why you feel you are uniquely qualified for the role. What qualities will enable you to effectively work with other Board of Education members, the Superintendent and other District professionals? Question 3: What does “inclusion” mean for students in the Millburn schools? As a Board Member, is there any particular change or curriculum you would support being implemented to foster inclusion? To go directly to this section click here.

Question 4: If you are elected to the board, how will you ensure that the policies you pass are being implemented in the manner in which they were intended? Give an example of a recent change to the District, your view of the efficacy of implementation and how you would propose to monitor progress going forward.
