MILLBURN TOWNSHIP CONFERENCE OF PARENTS AND TEACHERS, INC.
The Parent-Teacher Organization Council (PTOC) brings together the presidents of the district’s eight Parent-Teacher Organizations to work collaboratively with the district to strengthen the partnership between home and school. The PTOC serves as a venue to enhance communication and support between the district and parents, and just as importantly, between the PTOs themselves.
